In order to carry out the assumed target, ESCo accesses a complex infrastructure (see the enclosed documents) for:
THE HEAT EXPERTISE OF THE BUILDINGS PERFORMED BY MEANS OF MOBILE LABORATORIES (initial thermo-graphic diagnosing, establishing the characteristics of the building envelope, the energy performance of the equipment related to the building, issuing of the building energy performance certificate).
INTERGATION OF THE ENERGY RENEWABLES SOURCES IN THE PROJECT (according to the case: photovoltaic, solar-heat, wind, biomass, heat pumps, hybrid systems), as well as the PROJECT INTEGRATION OF THE COGENERATION SYSTEMS.
IMPROVEMENT OF THE ELECTRIC ENERGY QUALITY (measurements for the determination of the electric energy quality with a view to dimensioning and installing the reactive energy automated compensation and filtering equipment at low and medium voltage in current harmonic regime networks, replacement, of the non-ecologic capacitors from the existing compensation or filtering equipment, repairs of the compensation and/or filtering equipment under service or order conditions).
